Moonray sends the first warm message on WhatsApp or Telegram and the conversation begins, in English and other languages, gently drawing out a lifetime of memories. Every story appears on the dashboard. When the memoir is complete and every story is approved, it prints and ships to the door.
If they can send a voice note on WhatsApp or Telegram, they're ready. Moonray does everything else: asks the questions, tracks the stories, organises the memoir. No typing, no forms, no new app to learn.
Moonray, which is an AI and says so from the very first message. It is designed to do one thing well: draw out stories from someone who has lived a full life, with the patience and warmth that takes. It remembers what has been told, notices what hasn't, and returns to it gently.
Yes. The dashboard shows every story as Moonray captures it. Every story can be read, edited, and approved one by one. Nothing prints without a go-ahead.
Every voice note sent to Moonray is encrypted and stored in a private archive. The audio is kept safe, not via a QR link that could break, but as a real archive that's always accessible.
They can. Moonray accepts corrections and edits at any time during the conversation. The buyer dashboard also lets any story be edited before it prints. Nothing is locked until it's approved.
We don't offer refunds. The first two weeks are free and need no card, so you can try Moonray before paying anything. Once you've paid, the purchase is final. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, email hi@moonray.life and we'll put it right.
No. The price includes posting one hardcover to the country you choose. Import duty, where a country charges it, is not included and is paid by whoever receives the parcel.
Moonray talks in English and other languages, and more are coming. Most memoir services work in English, a few in Spanish, which leaves out families whose parents never switched. When the stories are told in another language Moonray works in, the book comes back in that language, in her own words.
Written in the original language. Moonray listens in the language she tells it in, the stories are shaped in that language, and the book is typeset in it, right to left where the script needs it. Nothing passes through English on the way.
